Maroy named it first when listing his films for the filmmaking site Desktop Documentaries, as recorded in this archive's Maroy entry.

Too Real For TV published an official preview, "CERTIFIED Preview (Documentary Film)," on its TooRealForTV YouTube channel. Hood Box Office treats The Making of a Millionaire as "Certified Vol. 2," so the two films form a pair.
